Change or Reset your AT&T Mail Password

Note: It's important to know that your email sign-in and myAT&T sign-in passwords are the same. If you change your password for AT&T Mail, it will also update your AT&T user ID password.

If you've forgotten your AT&T password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by following these steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt
  2. Click on the "Forgot password?" option
  3. Fill out the required password information
  4. Choose either security questions or a temporary password and follow the prompts. If you opt for a temporary password, you'll be informed of where it was sent.
  5. Create a new password.

If you remember your password but want to change it for security reasons, here's what you need to do:

  1. Sign in to your AT&T account at att.com/myatt
  2. Go to the "Sign-in info" section
  3. Select "Change password"
  4. Enter and save your new password information.

How to Reset AT&T Wireless Voicemail Password:
  1. Sign in to your AT&T account by clicking here.
  2. Go to "My Wireless."
  3. Navigate to "My Devices & Add-Ons" and select the device you want to modify.
  4. Click on "Manage My Device."
  5. Go to "Device Options & Settings" and select "Reset Voicemail Password."
  6. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

How to Reset AT&T Landline Voicemail Password:

  1. Dial *98 from your AT&T home phone and make three failed attempts to enter your PIN.
  2. Press 1 to reset your PIN.
  3. Enter your 8-digit authentication code.
  4. Enter a new 6-digit voicemail PIN.

  1. Open a web browser and enter the IP address 192.168.1.254.
  2. When prompted, enter the Device Access Code.
  3. Go to LAN, then WiFi.
  4. Under User Network, change the WiFi password.
